Shantyoga Bretagne is a company dedicated to well-being and serenity on the south coast of Finistère. Ideally located in Sainte-Marine, SHANTY, our bright and friendly studio, welcomes you all year round for yoga classes suitable for all levels. Candice Glimois and the Shanty team (Aline-Marie Glimois, Émilie Voisin, Gaia Mengin...) offer you a wide range of group practices as well as private or semi-private classes. Our practices: At Le Shanty, we offer a variety of disciplines to suit everyone's needs and desires: - Chair Yoga: Gentle and adapted to allow everyone to enjoy the benefits of yoga, whatever their physical condition, pain or mobility. - Shantyoga Flow: Dynamic and flowing, the postures follow one another to the rhythm of the breath. Good physical condition required. - Mama Yoga: A powerful practice to support and soothe women during and after pregnancy. - Vinyasa Yoga: A fluid sequence of postures synchronised with the breath, offering dynamism and muscle strengthening. - Yin Yang Yoga: A moving practice to let off steam and lengthen the muscles, followed by still postures to deeply relax the body, promote relaxation, let go, flexibility and a healthy body. Perinatal friendly! - Inside Flow: A modern practice designed as a choreography, an invitation to (re)discover the pleasure of movement while letting yourself go into a state of flow. - Gentle Shantyoga: A gentle practice for the body and mind. Accessible to all and ideal for a gentle start to yoga. - Yoga for fertility: Ideal for all women planning to have a baby or on the MAP programme, and for women suffering from irregular cycles, painful periods, pathologies (such as PCOS or endometriosis, etc.). The class is based on postures adapted to each individual (depending on the period of the cycle and/or the stage of PMA you are at). - Hatha Yoga: A traditional practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation to harmonise body and mind. - Hatha Yoga: A traditional practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation to harmonise body and mind. - Yin Yoga: A gentle, meditative approach, with postures held for longer periods to deeply stretch connective tissue and promote relaxation. - Teen Yoga: A space where teenagers can reconnect with themselves, calm their minds and strengthen their bodies, all while having fun! This yoga class is specially designed to meet the needs and challenges of growing teens - Meditation and Relaxation: Sessions dedicated to mental and physical relaxation, to find inner calm and clarity. Our regular workshops: - Family Yoga / 5 years and over: Share a unique experience with your kids! In this workshop, we'll take a playful, joyful approach to yoga and explore simple self-massage and massage techniques. A special moment with your child (or children) or grandchildren, followed by a snack to round off this time of sharing and indulgence. - Family Yoga / toddlers: from walking to 4 years old: A fun moment to share with your little ones! In this workshop, I'll take you on a fun and joyful discovery of yoga for toddlers: from walking to 4 years old. A special moment with your child(ren) or grandchildren. - Intuitive dance: A fabulous way to reconnect with your body and your emotions! Through guided intuitive movement, the practice invites us to let go and explore our body's messages. - Yoga & sound bath: A true invitation to an inner journey, this workshop offers you the chance to enjoy a powerful sensory and meditative experience: a yoga practice in a sound bath, guaranteed to help you let go and relax deeply. - Yoga and Naturo: A time to refocus and calm the mind, with a holistic approach to learning or exploring different strategies for dealing with different issues, depending on the theme of the workshop (stress, menopause, female cycles, back pain, etc.) The aim of the workshop is to explore our own mechanisms and come away with practical tips for feeling better every day. - and many more ... Energy treatment : Energy care is a holistic approach aimed at rebalancing the energy flow of the body and mind, promoting relaxation, soothing and overall well-being. Reiki : Reiki is a Japanese energy technique promoting relaxation, stress reduction and overall well-being by supporting the body's vital energy. Yogatherapy : Yogatherapy adapts the tools of traditional yoga to specific therapeutic needs to prevent, relieve or support various physical and emotional pathologies. Naturopathy: Naturopathy is a global, preventive approach to health that uses natural methods (diet, plants, lifestyle) to strengthen the body's defences. Shiatsu Bien-Être : Shiatsu is a Japanese method of manual pressure inspired by Chinese medicine, acting on physical and emotional balance by releasing tension. Thai massage : Thai massage combines stretching and pressure to improve flexibility, posture and promote relaxation while rebalancing vital energy.
