Bibliothèque vivante – Les récits de vie pour lutter contre les préjugés sur la santé mentale
Storytelling
A ‘living library’ is a library where the ‘books’ are real people, living with mental health conditions, whom readers can ‘borrow’ for 20 minutes at a time. The ‘living books’ share part of their personal stories. A dialogue develops with the reader, who can open the book to any page they wish and ask questions. It is an opportunity to break down prejudices, but also to take the time for a unique, human encounter.
