Mondial Pupilles du Cap Sizun – Centre de Primelin
Sporting competition
For more than 30 years, the Primelin centre has been involved in the Mondial Pupilles, and this adventure, which seemed almost impossible and perhaps short-lived, is still on the calendar of tournaments that are sought after for their uniqueness. Since its inception, the Mondial Pupilles has promoted the values of respect for others, friendship, non-violence in sport, tolerance and fair play - precepts that are unfortunately all too often forgotten. Let this gathering be an opportunity to put things right. Let each and every one of us - players, managers, spectators and parents - do our bit to ensure that sport, which must convey educational and moral values, remains above all a game, even if there are winners and losers. Primelin Centre "Primelin, at the end of the world". Primelin is definitely a centre apart from the rest of the Mondial Pupilles in Plomelin. And not just for geographical reasons. The scene of many great moments of football, joy and hope, the enchanting stadium in Primelin seems to have something magical about it. To get to the Kermaléro stadium, you can't go wrong. As soon as you leave Esquibien, follow the large signs pointing in the direction of the three-day plateau... Once you're in the village... take the Route de l'Océan. When you see the sea, you'll have reached your goal! We're a bit out of the way but we've got a unique sea view... And a stadium that's been admired by visitors since 1987." So welcome to Primelin, welcome to Cap-Sizun, this land at the end of the world, this land of extremes and ... Extremely seductive... With an ever-changing palette of colours that captivate painters and photographers alike. Extremely Natural... With grandiose landscapes such as the Pointe du Raz overlooking the dangerous chaussée de Sein, so feared by sailors, and the fascinating Ile de Sein at the end of the world. Extremely authentic... With its rich and beautiful historical and cultural heritage: religious buildings, manor houses, old Breton farms, calvaries, fountains, goëmon ovens... Extremely good walking... With its footpaths and a section of the GR 34 running along the coast. Alone, with family or friends, on foot or by mountain bike, come and enjoy the blues of the ocean as well as the green countryside inland. Extremely seaside... Facing the open sea, Cap-Sizun is home to magnificent stretches of water, numerous sheltered harbours and marinas where beginners and experienced alike can enjoy water sports. Our area stretches like a peninsula from east to west over 25 km, and to the north and south, it's the sea! And for nearly 30 years now, a major migration has been taking place on this strip of land during the Ascension weekend: the "Mondial Pupilles du Cap-Sizun".
