Boucle VTT n°3 Moulin Neuf

Between the Bigouden countryside, the moulin neuf lake and the town of Pont-l'Abbé, this mountain bike loop will introduce you to another facet of the Bigouden region. This bucolic loop will take you past the Moulin Neuf pond in Tréméoc and through the Bigouden countryside. You'll also pass through the historic town of Pont-l'Abbé, with its inhabited bridge. Don't forget to take a detour to admire the rose window in the church of Notre-Dame des Carmes. Start/Finish point: Car park at the town hall in Tréméoc Signposting: The signposting on the ground always takes precedence over the documents. If there are no markings, follow the continuity of the path. Difference in altitude: 185.6 D+ (+) Direction of route: anticlockwise Caution: dismount when crossing the RD785 at Kermaria. Advice before setting off: -Make sure you're properly equipped before setting off: check the condition of your bike (brakes, lights, tyres) and make sure you have everything you need for repairs. Wear a helmet: it's compulsory for under-12s and strongly recommended thereafter. Yellow waistcoats are compulsory outside built-up areas where visibility is poor. -Share the road and respect the rules: pedestrian areas, pavements. -Take something to eat and drink with you. Rules and good practice: -Make sure you don't leave any objects or rubbish behind: if there are no bins, take your rubbish with you. -Respect the fragile balance of flora and fauna in all areas.
