All year round, Nyves Allier - Formes sur Mesure - Association Gym Bien-Être, your sports coach, welcomes you to the Pays Bigouden, Quimper and Pont-Aven for indoor or outdoor fitness classes in the summer months. Pilates, Rose Pilates, Zumba, dance, children's gym, muscle strengthening, African dance, step. Private and group lessons. In summer: Plage des 4 vents, Plobannalec-Lesconil Zumba and pilates classes. Take care of yourself and your body in good spirits!
