Moïse offers you outdoor sporting activities all year round in the South Finistère area, in an exceptional setting. Come and take a breath of fresh sea air and work out on land or at sea. A qualified sports instructor since 2017, Moïse teaches dynamic cardio classes in a friendly, professional atmosphere. Take advantage of the multi-activity offer and vary the pleasures by practising the different sports on offer (longe côte, swimming lessons at sea and in the pool, aquagym, snorkelling and a new land-based activity, Nordic walking). Swimming and aquagym classes at Domaine de Beg Porz in Moëlan-sur-Mer in a heated indoor pool, from April to October. If you don't have any equipment, Moïse can hire it for you.
