Mégalithes de la Torche

Beg an Dorchenn (Pointe de la Torche). At the top of the rocky point, the megalithic complex consists of a dolmen with a compartmentalised chamber and corridor (over 6,000 years old) to which a more recent extension is attached. Excavations have yielded Neolithic human bones. To the east of the monument are the remains of Mesolithic "shell eaters", the shell mound, dating back more than 8,000 years.
