70.8 un musée pour l’Océan

"The ocean covers 70.8% of the earth's surface! What better name than that for this scientific museum like no other. Located in the heart of the Ateliers des Capucins in Brest, right next to the Canot de l'Empereur. 70.8 offers you the chance to discover the ocean from the unique angle of technology and innovation. Climate, resources, marine renewable energies, transport, navigation and so many other ocean-related issues are addressed for all ages from 6 upwards. It's a truly immersive experience, with 1,000 m² of exhibition space to enhance your maritime knowledge and take a fresh look at the ocean. Throughout the summer, and during the school holidays in zone B, the 70.8 offers a range of activities, guided tours and workshops!
