In this reinvented space in the heart of Brest, in the upper Jaurès district, we're betting that art can connect, open up and transform.
La Piscine is a collective space run by the non-profit organisation Human Soul, founded by two artists (Anne-Laure Maison & Michel Cam) who believe that creating means giving a voice, a form and a presence to those who are not always heard.
Here, art is a universal language, a link, a means of bringing differences into dialogue.
A space for experimentation, listening and otherness.
A place where borders are erased, where artists from near and far cross their visions, and where the public is invited to plunge fearlessly into the unknown.
La Piscine is a volume to be filled with creations, stories and presences.
A place for emergence and encounters, in a vibrant, popular, cosmopolitan neighbourhood.
A place to question, to be moved, to imagine the world differently.
