Vitamines Sea : Trésors du bord de mer (sortie guidée)

At the very tip of the Cap-Coz headland, when the sea retreats to reveal the rocks, an unsuspected world of life is revealed.
It's the ideal natural setting for a fun, eco-friendly VITAMINES SEA activity: observe, learn and respect!
Accompanied by an activity leader, the whole family can take part in a "Seaside" activity (accessible from age 5) to learn more about this very special marine environment and help to preserve it.
Discover the "little inhabitants" of our coasts, the flora that surrounds them, learn how to recognise them and adopt good practices as Mother Nature goes by! At the end of the session, you'll take away lots of beautiful memories, but our "little friends" will remain in their natural environment.
You can borrow a kit (bucket, landing net, etc.) (1 per family).

DURATION OF ACTIVITY: 2 hours for children aged 5 and over. Meet 15 minutes before the start of the activity.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION FOR THE DAY OF THE WALK.
You are advised to bring :
-Sunglasses / hat / sun cream
- Closed shoes that do not fear salt water / or boots
- Your equipment if you have any
