Exposition Brest, l’art pour raconter la ville
Exhibition
Through a selection of works from the collections of the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Brest, the exhibition invites visitors to discover Brest as seen and interpreted by artists from the 18th to the 20th century. Paintings, graphic arts and artists' views are all keys to understanding the history, transformations and identity of the area. The open-air exhibition combines artistic interpretation with a heritage approach based on dynamic, playful graphics. It's a journey designed for everyone, where art meets the city's memory.
