INRAE (Institut National de Recherche pour l'Agriculture, l'Alimentation et l'Environnement) is opening its doors to you! Specialising in research and experimentation on the potato and its genetics, the teams will be showing you their work through discussions and visits to the laboratories and the estate. Whether you're a budding scientist or just curious by nature, come and find out more about this curious tuber and the other vegetables studied here (cabbage, etc.). A visit at the cutting edge of research, from the test tube to greenhouse cultivation!
