Fancy trying a different kind of creative activity, inspired by the sea and light? Florence is running a cyanotype workshop – an old photographic technique that produces delicate white prints against a deep blue background.

Open to children aged 6 and over, families and adults, this workshop begins with collecting seaweed on the foreshore at low tide. The rest of the session takes place in a room sheltered from UV light, where you can freely compose images using the treasures you’ve gathered.

Using sunlight or UV lamps, the images gradually emerge, giving rise to unique creations.

A simple moment of discovery, creativity and sharing, in a friendly atmosphere. Each participant will take home 3 to 4 cyanotypes created during the session.
