La Blessure is both an artistic work and a project with significant social and cultural impact. It explores perceptions of the ailing body, femininity, vulnerability and resilience, whilst promoting access to creative expression for audiences who are typically excluded from professional artistic practices. This project arose from the participants’ deep desire to raise awareness amongst as many people as possible about breast cancer, the importance of prevention and self-care. Through the language of choreography, *La Blessure* creates a space for sharing and dialogue between the performers and the audience, fostering collective awareness and a humane, sensitive approach to the disease.

Steps of Silence
There are quests that are endless, such as the quest to choose life. This piece invokes a singular urge to exist, exploring the tension between constraint and liberation, between the weight of the past and the drive towards the future. The body narrates the universal experience of ambition, wounding and resilience. It is a prayer in motion where hindrance becomes the impetus to rise again. This solo is an imprint forged by suffering transformed into hope.
