Antony Cointre, a chef, and Simon Delétang, director of the Théâtre de Lorient, met at a unique event dedicated to gastronomy.
One thing led to another, and the idea of a touring show gradually took shape.
The aim is simple: to cook live, share an iconic dish and, at the same time, tell the story of this chef who isn’t just ‘big’ but ‘Super Big’.
