Both have been rappers for many years and have enjoyed successful solo careers.
Although they’ve known each other for a long time, it was on *Starting Block* (2020) that their first collaboration took place. Born in the same year, the two artists share many similarities: their influences, their musical aspirations and their artistic vision. The success of their collaborations and their ever-growing friendship sparked the desire to create a joint mixtape, which a few months later evolved into *Bitume Caviar*, a new album released in 2023. This 13-track project is characterised by a blend of their lyrical flair and melodic sensibilities, in a uniquely complementary partnership. Ranging from the blues of a reformed rogue to the life of a thirty-something, *Bitume Caviar* immerses us in the everyday lives of these two accomplished rappers.
