Pink October Solidarity Day: breast cancer awareness event in Spézet on Saturday 10 October:

> From 8.00 am: Spézet Sports Centre

As part of Pink October, the Association of Private Healthcare Professionals of the Pays Dardoup is organising ‘Ma Ville en Rose – Pays Dardoup 2026’, a day of sport and solidarity in aid of the fight against breast cancer

On the programme:

> Pink Walk: 7km or 11km route – €5
> Mountain bike ride: 20km or 34km route – €5
> Start at your own convenience between 8.00 am and 11.30 am

> Prevention zone:
- Self-examination workshop led by doctors from the Pays Dardoup Multi-site Health Centre and the League Against Cancer,
- Information stands run by the organisations Entraide Cancer, Kemper Institute for Breast Health (KIS) and Geneticancer
- Introductory sessions on mindfulness meditation, foot reflexology, a sophrology workshop and yoga

> Entertainment:
