The Ecole de Surf de Bretagne (Surf School) is at Penhors beach, a popular surf spot for of its wide choice of waves. The school is an approved Ecole Française de Surf and offers classes for beginners and experienced surfers in bodyboarding, surfing (from age 5), and stand-up paddle boarding by qualified instructors with over 10 years of experience. Also equipment rental, adult surf camps in holiday chalets 200m from the beach and use of the facilities (lounge, changing rooms and hot showers) at the local water sport centre (pôle nautique).
