This beautiful municipal facility is a new building designed to support the community's cultural and community life and, thanks to its central location, to help revitalise the heart of Riec-sur-Bélon.

The site of the former presbytery, after it was bought by the commune from the diocese, was completely reworked and redesigned by the Nantes-based architects Guinée-Potin to provide a renovated building (350 m2) coupled with a village hall (525 m2 timber-framed extension).

It combines respect for an old, heritage building with a contemporary spirit. It is set in the middle of a garden, a small green setting that is safe for all thanks to its old stone boundary wall.
