Guided Seaweed Foraging and Coastal Walk Join me for an interactive 2-3-hour coastal walk into the wild intertidal zone. You will learn to safely identify up to 8 edible seaweed species, master sustainable harvesting techniques, and discover the hidden secrets of the marine ecosystem. Perfect for nature lovers and foodies alike, this experience moves beyond theory and includes tasting fresh seaweed right from the ocean. (Duration: ~3 hours | Price: 35 € per person). 2. Seaweed Cooking Introduction Discover why top chefs are embracing seaweed as a vital culinary ingredient! Hosted directly in a local producer’s kitchen, this 2-hour cooking introduction demystifies this healthy, plant-based resource. We will move quickly from theory to practice, learning how to transform raw ocean biomass into simple, aromatic everyday dishes—moving far beyond the familiar sushi roll.
