SCHEDULE FOR THIS SUMMER:

This summer, the sea-air sauna welcomes you for evening sessions from 6 pm to 10 pm, until sunset.

Every Tuesday: Porsman beach, in Plouarzel
Every Thursday: Porsguen beach, in Lampaul Plouarzel

Also, every Monday in July, enjoy a Pilates session on the beach, led by Harmony Urvoy, followed by a sauna session at Porsman Beach.
