Algues & Potions magiques – Mini-stage spécial Halloween

Fancy a bit of a thrill? What if seaweed were far stranger than you ever imagined? To mark Halloween, Estran’ørdinaire invites you to discover wild seaweed and its incredible properties: colours, textures, natural gelling agents and astonishing adaptations. After exploring and harvesting on the foreshore, we’ll head back to the kitchen to prepare potions, tartares and special Halloween recipes, followed by a tasting session. Each participant will take home two dishes. An experience combining a nature walk, a cookery workshop and a marine laboratory – perfect for the whole family!
