This guided experience invites you to explore the encounter with trees in a gradual way: first from a distance, then by gently approaching their trunks. By listening attentively to your body and subtly perceiving the energetic movement, you will experience a silent dialogue with living things.
Surprising at first, this approach quickly becomes a profound moment of grounding and presence, where we move from 'doing' to 'being'.
