Concert Clément Abraham Quartet

Since 2014, Clément Abraham's quartet has been hitting the road to present its compositions and thus prolong an era nourished by swing and groove, where rhythm and melody intertwine in an inner pulse - "The rhythm within the rhythm" said Miles Davis of Max Roach. The group, formed from the outset with Nicolas Péoc'h on alto saxophone, later joined by Charles Bordais on piano and Simon Le Doaré on double bass, offers a limpid jazz inspired by the great Afro-American music. The group has released two albums, The Outsider in 2019 and Joy Spring in 2021, both to critical acclaim and broadcast on France Musique and FIP.
