Concert – Roadrunners

A one-off reunion of the legendary Roadrunners for a tour in autumn 2026. Taking their name from Chuck Jones’ iconic character and Bo Diddley’s classic track, the Roadrunners made their mark on the history of French rock over a period of around fifteen years,

from 1982 to 1996, with six albums. Combining the Beatles’ innate sense of melody, the pure energy of The Jam and the class of The Dogs, the band from Le Havre delivered over a thousand electrifying concerts, mainly in France but also abroad, from the United States to Belgium. One of the few French bands to master ‘Franglish’ through Frandol’s meticulously crafted lyrics, the Road – as they were known to their close friends – were often, during these earth-shaking concerts, the best live rock band in France and sometimes even the best live rock band, full stop. It’s an understatement to say that these few one-off dates, following the vinyl release of *Sales Figures* – recorded at the legendary ICP studio in Brussels – are something of an event.
