Concert Sarabande

The Sarabande ensemble is a musical group from the Brest region specialising in Baroque music.

This new show, Invitation au voyage, is performed by four musicians (recorders, traverso, viola da gamba/cello, lute), alternating readings of travel accounts by authors from all eras (Alexandra David-Néel, Baudelaire, Saint-Exupéry, Bernard Moitessier, George Sand...) and music by Handel and composers he has met along the way (Sammartini, Pepusch, Telemann...).
