The Plou’Run Trail

The Plou’Run Trail is a fun and friendly sporting adventure in the heart of Plourin, taking in trails, nature and local heritage.

Organised by the Plou’Run Trail association, in partnership with Tenzoriou Ploerin, this race invites participants to discover the town’s landscapes and heritage in a new way, through accessible and varied routes.

Whether you’re a regular runner or simply a lover of nature and a challenge, everyone can enjoy a sporting event centred on sharing, discovery and good humour.

A portion of the entry fees is donated to local charities, Tenzoriou Ploerin and Les Marchands de Sable, to ensure this event is not only a sporting occasion but also one that supports the local community.
