Vocal music from the 16th and 17th centuries, from England, Germany, Italy and France With this programme, we take you on a journey through Europe at the beginning of the 17th century. At that time, arias accompanied on the lute were sung at court, in the salons or simply at home, as a moment of relaxation and musical pleasure in a form of recreation. The many publications that have survived testify to their great popularity. Composers such as J. Dowland, É. Moulinié, G. Caccini and A. Krieger accompany us in this moment of poetry, tenderness and intimacy.
