Molière : Le Combat

In October 2025, the Les Incomestibles theatre company came to Concarneau, on the edge of the Bois du Porzou, to present the first play in their Molière Trilogy: *Molière, la vocation*. Following the success of this first production, they are back with the second instalment. A struggle, for each of the famous playwright’s plays sparked controversy and he had to fight on all fronts: his caricatures provoked violent reactions, whilst his successes earned him the jealousy of the artistic world. So many enemies, adorned with feathers or crosses, forced him to battle against censorship and constantly defend his cause.
