This immersive retreat, with the exceptional presence of Sailaja Thammala, yoga teacher and trainer in India, is an invitation to delve into the sources of yoga, its practice, philosophy and spirituality. Brittany and India share a deep connection to the elements, a power that emanates from their respective natures, a rejuvenating energy and an ancestral wisdom. A yoga retreat with an Indian teacher in Brittany, on the shores of the Mer d'Iroise, is an exceptional and authentic experience for getting back to basics.
This retreat will enable you to reconnect with yourself, your body and your Spirit, and (re)find the path to personal alignment. Together, we will travel this path of regeneration using :
- ancestral yoga techniques, taught by Sailaja, who has come specially from India, and Sabine, a yoga teacher from Plougonvelin, to release physical, mental and emotional tensions, strengthen our energy and develop our spirituality
- Hatha Yoga sessions, during which we will practise around a chakra each day
