Come and discover the various roles carried out at the Établissement et Service d'Accompagnement par le Travail (ESAT): grounds maintenance, horticulture, printing, brewing, packaging, and the provision of collective or individual services to businesses. Each activity will be explained to you by one or more ESAT workers, who will share their expertise and explain how the organisation is run.

The Plabennec ESAT is a medical and social care organisation that enables people with disabilities (intellectual or mental health impairments), who are temporarily or permanently unable to work in a mainstream environment, to carry out a professional activity in adapted working conditions. The supported workers therefore receive, according to their needs, medical, social and educational support. The ESAT is authorised to accommodate 85 people (Full-Time Equivalent). The organisation’s aim is to support workers towards professional integration suited to their abilities and expectations, and to enable them to establish themselves as genuine economic and social contributors by helping them produce high-quality work that is recognised by all.
