Sortie « Running balade »

Every last Sunday of the month, the Courir à Châteaulin club organises a "Running" outing open to everyone. On the programme: at least 8 km in "stroll" mode, without a stopwatch, to give priority to pleasure and conviviality.
A sporty, relaxed get-together

These outings are open to both licence-holders and non-licence-holders, whatever their level. The idea is simple: run together, exchange ideas and get away from the routine of solo training, in an accessible and friendly atmosphere.
A different circuit for each event

Each month, a new route is proposed, allowing you to discover some little-known itineraries.
