Whilst all that remains of the once-luxurious restaurant are a few patched-up velvet upholstery pieces, tattered chandeliers and mismatched plates, the desire to serve, entertain, captivate and impress the clientele remains undiminished.

In this imaginary and unlikely setting, the whimsical staff bring their world of circus and theatre to life, blending mischief, physical feats, skill and good humour, whilst maintaining a legendary sense of class.

Simple cuisine, bursting with flavours and aromas, is served by enthusiastic chefs, big-hearted musicians and generous acrobats.
All that remains for you to do is to indulge in this circus-inspired fantasy that delights both the eyes and the taste buds.
Eight years on, it is a great joy to welcome the Max et Maurice troupe back to Landerneau!
