STESF 2026 – Visite de la Brasserie Distillerie sOavenn

The sOavenn microbrewery and distillery began its journey in 2023. It is based in Santec, in northern Finistère. Our aim? To offer authentic products, crafted using traditional methods and with a deep respect for the Breton terroir. That is why we brew beers and spirits using ingredients carefully selected from local producers.
As a member of the ‘De la Terre à la Bière’ Association, we are committed to:
Promoting sustainable and environmentally friendly farming practices, prioritising high-quality ingredients grown responsibly.
Support local farmers and producers. We value their expertise and passion, fostering a dynamic and supportive local economy.
Ensure the transparency and traceability of our ingredients, from field to bottle, thereby enabling informed and responsible consumption.
By joining the association, we gain access to a network of expertise and innovation that enables us to continually improve our practices and products, whilst sharing our knowledge with other enthusiasts.

This activity is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Minimum number of bookers required for the tour to take place: 10.
Tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable.

Reduced rate (free) for children under 18, jobseekers, students and carers accompanying people with disabilities.

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes.
