Transform’Arts Exposition Collective
Exhibition
The Transform'Arts collective, an artists' association based in Lesneven, is presenting Transform'Arts, a group exhibition bringing together five artists working on a common theme: the transformation of reclaimed materials, found objects and reused resources. Through a variety of practices - collage, assemblage, engraving, glass art, textiles and installation - the works offer a plural reading of the memory of materials and their territorial roots. The exhibition is structured around cross-collaborations between the artists, as well as individual pieces. A collective ensemble, conceived as a patchwork of practices, dialogues with Transfusion, a series in geometric glass with assertive colours produced using the molten glass technique. A participatory installation, Ce que la mer nous rend ("What the sea gives back to us"), invites the public to question marine pollution through a fishing net made up of debris collected locally along the Finistère coastline. Opening times: Wednesday 2pm to 6pm Friday 4pm to 7pm Sunday 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm
