As part of the 2026 Economic Tourism and Craftsmanship Weeks, come and discover Le Signor Bakery and Patisserie.
The tour begins with an exploration of our organic ingredients – a cornerstone of our bakery’s philosophy. You’ll then discover the world of patisserie and artisanal creations, before entering the bakery to follow the stages of bread-making, from kneading and shaping right through to baking. The tour concludes in the preparation room, where the products are sent off to markets, shops and professional customers, with time set aside to discuss our eco-friendly approach and the measures we’ve put in place to minimise waste.
