Before or after taking a free tour of our new exhibition "Embarquement Immédiat!" and discovering the journey from the sea to the plate, attend the auction of fritillating langoustines and fish just landed by the fishermen. Our guide will explain how the auction works and tell you a few anecdotes about the fish and shellfish. I'm thinking about my wool for the auction: only 6°C! I wear closed shoes, the ground is damp. Reservations required, subject to availability. Starting at 4pm. Approx. 45 minutes visit to the fish auction + 1? hours self-guided tour of the centre.
