Be inspired and come and breathe!
I’m offering a beach yoga class every Sunday this autumn and winter of 2026–2027, weather permitting, on Crémiou Beach – a magnificent spot, ideal for recharging your batteries and boosting your vitality. I have been an FFKY-certified yoga teacher since 2011 and offer a practice focused on breathing, release and tone, relaxation and vitality (Pranayama, asanas or Kriya, relaxation and meditation with or without mantras).
Beginners and children (accompanied by an adult) are welcome. No booking is required. Please bring a mat and/or a large towel, clothing suitable for the day’s weather, and something to cover yourself with during deep relaxation.
Please check the website 30 minutes before the class to see if it has been cancelled due to the weather.
