The Ouessant Ecomuseum, France’s first ecomuseum, managed by the Armorique Regional Nature Park, offers a glimpse into daily life on the island up until the mid-20th century: the layout of homes, colourful traditional furniture, costumes, and various tools used in agriculture… Activities: exhibition and sheep shearing, rebuilding a plaited haystack, meet the locals, windmill and wind trail, themed tours, picnics and guided walks.
January, February, March: daily from 11.30 am to 5 pm; April, May, June, July, August and September: daily from 10 am to 6 pm; October, November, December: daily from 11.30 am to 5 pm
