Experience the southern hemisphere here in north Finistère! This garden, started in 1986, covers some 16,000m² and offers different viewpoints from every angle. There’s an exceptional panoramic view across Morlaix Bay from a rock that stands 18 metres tall. A world of extraordinary flowers, colours and scents.
A change of scenery, the thrill of faraway lands – photography enthusiasts and botanists, come along!
This garden features over 3,500 species and varieties of plants native to the southern hemisphere, one of the largest collections of southern hemisphere plants and cacti grown outdoors.
You can admire Protea, Callistemon, Eucalyptus, Kniphofia, Hebe…
The panoramic view from the 18-metre-high granite rock formation allows you to gaze out over Morlaix Bay and take in the garden in its entirety. The ponds, waterfalls and fountain add a touch of freshness.
Open every day without a break, including public holidays:
- from 1 July to 15 September: 10.00–19.00.
- from 1 March to 30 June and from 15 September to 31 October: 10.00–18.00.
The ticket office closes one hour before the garden closes.
Dogs are allowed on a lead.
