La Maison des jeux bretons

The Maison des Jeux Bretons is not a museum; people come here with family or friends to discover or rediscover the traditional games of Brittany.

In a 300m² covered area, come and try your hand at around fifteen traditional Breton games, each one more fun and original than the last: ‘le trou du chat’, ‘palets sur planche’, ‘la boule montante’, ‘les boules bretonnes’, ‘le boultenn’, ‘le birinig’…

The games are suitable for both children and adults, with no age limit!

There’s no set route to follow; you can play whatever takes your fancy, in complete freedom.

A member of staff is on hand to welcome you and answer any questions you may have.

During the summer, as well as the indoor games, outdoor games are available, weather permitting.

You can hire around ten games for a weekend or during the week. €15 per game + €100 deposit
