Marc and Florence have been passionate about beekeeping ever since they were children. They have 80 hives on organically farmed land or near woods. After visiting the hives, visitors can taste the different types of honey : spring honey (fruit blossom, dandelion, rapeseed, hawthorn), summer honey (bramble, chestnut and various flowers) and at the end of August the famous, predominantly buckwheat honey which varies according to weather conditions.
