Balade de la roche des braconniers
Discover the Poachers' Rock and its viewpoint over the Isole valley. Take the yellow walking trail no. 5
The Roche des Braconniers walk takes you along wooded paths to the east and north of the village.
The multi-purpose hall is the starting point for this walk.
The route quickly takes you to the private property of Manoir de Roscado, dating from the 17th century. A little further on, the Pontégan, which crosses the River Isole, gives you a lovely view of the Moulin Blanc, a remarkable site to discover on this walk. Returning to the path, the twists and turns take you up to the Roche des Braconniers. Not far from there, a rocky promontory awaits you with its superb panorama over the Vallée de l'Isole!
The Roche des Braconniers was a strategic spot for poachers to signal the arrival of a fishing or game warden. The loop ends in front of the 16th-century parish church of Saint-Méen.
