Véloroute n°45 La littorale - Pouldreuzic à Penmarc'h
Sometimes sea, sometimes countryside, the natural spaces of the Bay of Audierne await you! On the menu of your walk: exceptional heritage, beautiful beaches and rocky peaks. Peace and nature as far as the eye can see are guaranteed on this stage of the coastal bike route. The route bypasses the Trunvel-Tréogat pond biological reserve, a unique migratory bird banding station in France. After a few kilometers, the trip takes a more maritime turn. Admire the chapel of Tronoën before arriving near the famous point of La Torche. The detour is worth a look and its quota of spruns! We then arrive at the port of Saint-Guénolé, specialized in sardine fishing. A few pedal strokes further and you are in Penmarc'h. The 60-metre high Eckmühl lighthouse offers a breathtaking view. In case of absence of markup, follow the continuity of the path. Elevation: 182D+ Direction of the route: Double direction Coating: Stabilized rough/ road Practical information: -Public toilets available on the course -The circuit goes through a playground -A picnic area is present on the circuit ☑ Tips before you go: -Equip yourself well before the start: check the condition of your bike (brakes, lights, tires) and equip yourself with the repair kit. Wear a helmet: it is mandatory for the -12 years and strongly advised after.
