Erwan offers : - Water walking, which combines the benefits of the marine environment with those of physical activity in special locations. Erwan can be found on the beaches of Penmarc'h, Lesconil or Combrit-Ste Marine. - Nordic walking to combine oxygenation, physical activity and discovery of the environment. abdominals, lower limbs, shoulders, back, buttocks and thighs will all be stimulated by the use of poles, relieving pressure on the joints. - Stand-up paddling along the river at Pont-l'Abbé or in the ria du Ster at Lesconil. There are plenty of anecdotes to tell along the way. Or you can opt for fitness sessions on a paddle. Erwann can be found in Loctudy, Lesconil, Penmarc'h and Combrit. - fitness sessions.

From September to June : - Water walking 2pm - 3pm, every Saturday. Treustel beach, Combrit 6.30pm-7.30pm, every Monday and 10am-11am, every Wednesday - Plage du ster, Penmarc'h. Meeting point at the lorry, near the first-aid post - Nordic Walking Schedule on the website. In summer : - Paddle lessons at Le Ster in Lesconil, on the river at Loctudy and at Lodonnec beach in Loctudy. - Water walking, Plage du Treustel, Combrit: 10am, every Sunday. - Water walk, Plage du Ster (lorry, near the first-aid post), Penmarc'h: 7pm, every Monday and 10am every Wednesday and Friday.
