Jazz à la plage – concerts en plein air

Every Thursday at 6.30pm
The town of Fouesnant has teamed up with the Quimper-based Aprèm'Jazz association to offer a bouquet of free concerts at the end of the beach and during the aperitif hour.
Over the course of the summer, a variety of local bands will be taking you on an exciting journey through the different styles and eras of jazz, celebrating the popular, festive and open nature of this musical genre!
+ an ephemeral bar is open on the site on concert evenings

Mighty Mambo draws its energy and creativity from the very roots of Latin jazz and Afro-Cuban music, combining sunny brass melodies with bewitching Latin American beats, always with an infectious passion.
From Chano Pozo to Mongo Santamaria, the band explores the repertoire of New York big bands, Havana comparsas and the infinite richness of Caribbean rhythms. The band is an invigorating breath of fresh air, an invitation to dance, be merry and share even more convivial moments!
