After 30 years working in the environment, Philippe Masquelier has turned to agriculture. In 2023, he set up a spirulina aquaculture production farm. Spirulina has many nutritional virtues (proteins, iron, vitamins and anti-oxidants). Consumed since the dawn of time by many populations, it is the most complete food on Earth known to date, second only to breast milk! Come and discover this original product with a bright future!
