Riolet #2 – Karaoké Social Club

A few years ago, the Liorzh Sant Weltaz association acquired a number of plots of land around the Saint Gildas fountain in Guissény. The initial aim was to preserve and enhance the surrounding hedged farmland. Little by little, the project has evolved into a kind of Swiss Army knife of outdoor activities... Activities, courses, festivals, the creation of an orchard, the production of apple juice, the apple festival and the hosting of outside associations for cultural events. One of LSW's summer highlights is the RIOLETS.

A RIOLET? What's a RIOLET? It's an evening show during which rice pudding is cooked in a wood-fired oven. Depending on the duration of the show, the rice will be dourek, sec'h, krignet, krazet or suilhet: the 5 states of a rice pudding, from liquid to charred.

The concert :
What is KSC? It's the virus of the song that makes you climb to the stars. It's all the fun of karaoke with live musicians. The band will be there to support you with empathy and sublimate you... A fearsome rhythm section, an overexcited brass section and voluptuous backing vocals. KSC is the perfect backdrop for your wildest interpretations! The programme includes French, international and even Breton hits, covering all styles and generations.
It's the perfect opportunity to move your audience to tears. KSC: it's "caramel au beurre salé" emotion and also "pâté brennig"! If you've always dreamed of thrilling a cheering crowd, KSC will give you that chance! They'll bring out the star in all of you! KSC will be reimbursed by the national health service without delay. A KSC vaccination: guaranteed heaven!

On the magnificent Saint-Gildas site in Guissény, the Liorzh Sant Weltas association will be offering entertainment (Breton games) from 6pm. On site: refreshment bar, meal from 7pm, picnic for those who wish.

The show starts at 8.30pm in the open-air theatre. In the event of bad weather, the evening will be spent in the shelter of the "n'hangar", transformed for the occasion into a Pagan Zenith. At the end of the evening, LSW will treat you to the famous "Rice pudding" cooked over a wood fire.
