In the stunning setting of the 39-46 Memorial Museum of the Finistère, join us for an evening dedicated to history.
On the programme:
7pm–10pm:
Picnic with a swing dance (Swing du Tonnerre association).
Food trucks on site.
Guided tour of the museum with the Bretagne 39-45 association, featuring a replica of a US Army camp.
10pm: screening of the film Lee Miller, by Ellen Kuras (running time 1h 57m). This film recounts the incredible life of Lee Miller, a former Vogue model and muse to Man Ray who became one of the first female war photographers. Having gone to the front line and been prepared to do anything to bear witness to the horrors of the Second World War, she changed the way we see the world through her courage and her defiance of convention.

The event ends at midnight.
