Treat yourself to a unique Brest-style escape at the Moulin Blanc marina, just a stone’s throw from the sea, where Gérald welcomes you to Poèm, his organic craft brewery.
Housed in a former design workshop for the first composite-material racing boats, this brewery blends maritime heritage, artisanal expertise and local passion. Here, beer is brewed just as one sails: with heart, precision… and a true taste of the open sea.

Each recipe pays tribute to Brittany and its great seafarers with hoppy and malty flavours, 95 per cent of which come from organic farming in Brittany, inspired by the salty winds and the region’s spirited character. As you walk past the vats, you’ll discover a committed, environmentally friendly production process that’s firmly focused on short supply chains. The tour ends with a convivial tasting of the beers brewed on site: a palette of flavours that evokes the scent of the Breton countryside and the sea spray from the seven seas. A gourmet stop-off between hops and the horizon!
